Leadership & Team

Leadership with Purpose. Service with Responsibility.

At SWASTIKA FOUNDATION BANGLADESH, leadership is not simply about holding a position. It is about accepting responsibility, serving people with integrity and working together to transform the Foundation’s mission into meaningful action.

Our leadership and team bring together individuals committed to humanitarian service, social development, education, community empowerment and responsible organizational management.

Through collective leadership, defined responsibilities and accountable decision-making, we work to ensure that the Foundation remains focused on its purpose and responsive to the communities it serves.

Our Leadership Philosophy

We believe strong organizations are built through shared responsibility, ethical leadership, cooperation and accountability.

Our leaders are expected to:

  • Place the mission and interests of the Foundation above personal interests
  • Act with integrity, fairness and responsibility
  • Support transparent and accountable decision-making
  • Encourage teamwork and constructive participation
  • Maintain proper oversight of programs and resources
  • Promote respect, compassion and service
  • Strengthen relationships with communities, members and partners
  • Ensure that activities remain consistent with the Foundation’s constitution, objectives and values

The Council helps ensure that the Foundation continues to operate in accordance with its constitution, established principles and public-welfare objectives.

Advisory Council

The Advisory Council provides guidance and recommendations in support of the Foundation’s development and activities.

Its role is to contribute experience, knowledge and constructive advice that can strengthen planning, programs and organizational development.

The Advisory Council supports the Foundation by helping leadership consider broader perspectives when addressing opportunities, challenges and long-term priorities.

Executive Council

Working as One Team

Leadership alone cannot create lasting change.

Our work depends on the combined contribution of members, volunteers, professionals, community representatives, supporters and partners who share our commitment to serving society.

We encourage a culture in which people contribute their knowledge, skills, experience and time toward common humanitarian and development goals.

From planning a community initiative to responding to humanitarian needs, every contribution has value.
